But the good news is that we can take concrete steps to increase our happiness and well-being. We can prioritize our health and fitness, engage in activities that bring us joy and fulfillment, cultivate positive relationships with those around us, and focus on developing our character and inner resilience.

We must practice self-discipline, self-awareness, sel—improvement, and self-reliance.
